MANUFACTURING

Every step of NFT’s manufacturing operates under the auspices of the mature NQA-1 and ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C:2009 Rev C compliant programs. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities include 5-axis and EDM machining capabilities, all located in our 40,000sq ft facility located in Golden, Colorado. NFT’s manufacturing capabilities also include Laser Welding via a state of the art 2000W Ytterbium Wayne Trail Flex Laser with a Motoman 7 Axis Flexible Configuration.  The Flexlase allows for high quality, precision accuracy, low heat input, and extremely high speed.
